Nils joined ATP PEP in 2007. Before joining ATP PEP he was a partner in the law firm Danders & More (former Osborne Clarke) where he headed the corporate practice. Nils is a member of the advisory board of Axcel.

He holds a degree in law from the University of Aarhus, Denmark, and attended the Institute of Law at Oslo University, Norway.
