INVESTMENT PROGRAMME

Private Equity Advisors K/S is responsible for the execution of ATP’s private equity investment programs.

Typically, ATP PEP invests in the following: private equity funds in Europe and North America ranging from early stage venture capital to buyout funds and secondary funds. The typical commitment size ranges from €10 to €100 million.

ATP PEP makes co-investments in deals led by private equity funds in which we are already a limited partner. The typical size of a co-investment is €5 to €25 million.

The geographical focus is on Europe and North America with a new interest in India and Eastern Europe, with a spread reflecting the best opportunities in these regions.

The objective of ATP PEP is to commit 65–75 % of the programme in buyout, 5–15 % in venture capital, 5–10 % in secondary and distressed funds and 0–10 % in co-investments with our portfolio funds.
