ATP Private Equity Partners was founded in 2001 and is one of Europe’s largest investors in private equity funds, primarily in Western Europe and North America. The fund of funds has, to date, through the management company Private Equity Advisors ApS, approximately €6 billion under management in four different funds: ATP PEP I K/S, ATP PEP II K/S, ATP PEP III K/S and ATP PE K/S.

We have an annual investment programme of more than €500 million. Our team of 18 professionals aims to build long term relationships with the funds based on respect, trust and innovation.

The limited partnership ATP Private Equity Partners III K/S was established in September 2007 and has a commitment of approximately €1.5 billion from its limited partner ATP.
